We are open to see patients at this time with limited time slots available and extended time between each patient seen.
Before making an appointment, please let us know if you have had any of the following:
- Fever, cough, shortness of breath, or new unusual symptoms.
- Have you or anyone in your household been sick recently?
- Have you traveled in the last 14 days?
- Are you at a higher risk – age 60 or older?
- Do you have a compromised immune system, lung, or heart issues?

ALL PATIENTS MUST WEAR A FACE MASK UPON ENTRY AND DURING THE ENTIRE VISIT.
Please call our office (907) 538-3655 to complete the screening questionnaire over the phone as soon as you arrive.
Only one person in the clinic at a time (if a patient has or needs a caregiver to be with them, you may help them in but then wait in your car during the testing).
We will be taking your temperature when you arrive if it is 99 degrees or higher you will need to reschedule.
We are reducing the amount of contact between you (the patient) and the provider. Please respect our new processes during this Pandemic.
Everything that you, the patient, will be touching during the exam has been cleaned and disinfected. This is done after each appointment visit.
We will be using Lysol, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Clorox Bleach. If you are allergic to these, please make us aware and reschedule your appointment.
There will be no handshaking greeting during your visit.
Hand sanitizer is available upon entrance – please use it when you come in.
