We were traveling through Alaska on vacation

We were traveling through Alaska on vacation and my wife's hearing aid had a problem. They worked us in and Cindy Weber worked to address the problem. She contacted the manufacturer who was trying to close for the 4th of July weekend. They eventually hung up on her. We were not charged for Cindy's efforts to repair her hearing aid. I recommend these folks to anyone.

Saved My Vacation

I am late in doing this review since I have been traveling or busy with company since summer. I visited Cindy as an emergency since a part of my hearing aid was broken. She took the time to search her whole office for the correct part since it was not an usual brand for her.
